The third and final stage of turning a hollow form is to remove the remaining material located between the 6 o’clock to 9 o’clock positions, or from under the lip of the opening to just through the curve of the vessel. This process is accomplished with the Easy Wood Tools Mini Easy Hollower No. 3. The No. 3 has Maple hardwood easy grip handles, a 5/16″-wide stainless tool post, and a Ci5 Negative Rake Cutter that provides superior controlled cuts and clean finishes in acrylic and man-made resins. This versatile tool is excellent for small hollow-form boxes and ornaments.
