Product Description
The Kutzall tool line is designed to provide fast stock removal with an outstanding finish, thanks to exclusive tungsten-carbide coatings that make it the best value in the industry. The 1/8″-shaft burrs are used in flex shaft tools, hand grinders, or other machinery using 1/8″ collets or adjustable chucks. They are not prone to loading, but may easily be cleaned with solvent or burned clean with a gas torch. Heat generated from the torch will not harm the teeth. Kutzall burrs are handmade in America (the Motor City suburbs, to be exact!). Note: Diameter and head length dimensions on Kutzall burrs are base dimensions. The coatings add approximately .060″ – .160″.Cut flat areas or round over edgesProduce 90-degree cornersTilt to make V-cutsCut on both the OD and the end of the toolHead diameter: 1/4″ x 1/2″Grit: coarse
