The Manpa EZ Sander 42 Flap Sanding Wheel is the medium core size of 1-5/8″ (42mm) in a new range of top quality Manpa sanding accessories. It consists of three replaceable slotted brushes and sandpaper (available in 60 and 240 grit) easily fitted to the central aluminum core. The brushes and sandpaper are specially designed for easy replacement and to easily flex over all kinds of shapes simultaneously cleaning wood debris and sanding the surface. Sandpaper available in 60 and 240 grit, sold separately. The brushes have five slotted segments, (a.k.a. fingers or teeth), the sandpaper six. This neat assembly is then secured to theManpa Keyless Chuck MP21-29which is tightened on either the end of theMulti Extension Shaft MP21-28or in combination with theSanding Tool MP21-12. With either or both extensions secured to your electric/battery power drills, this medium size, flexible EZ sander allows for rapid power sanding on nearly all wood surfaces. For greater flexibility, theEZ Sander 42can also be used with the Sanding Tool attached to theManpa Multi Cutters MP21-3-BandMP21-3-M, a variable speed angle grinder and other drill chuck units, at or below 2,500 RPM. All the EZ Sanders are unique because the combination of rotating brush and sandpaper, simultaneously cleans up debris and sands the surface. These EZ sanders open up exciting new sanding methods while also greatly reducing fatigue and wear and tear on your body.
