When fitting the Manpa model MP21-30, Mini Collet on an angle grinder, it screws on to the threaded shaft at right angles to the main body. Your productivity can increase as you’ll be able to stand over your work piece, moving around to rapidly push, pull, carve and texture in any direction. This combination opens the door to more power, greater versatility, durability and control over other power tools and requires a different but comfortable stance to see and control the work.The ER-11 collet allows for total clamping along its inner surfaces. Because the collet can compress evenly, it can hold accessories with mandrel or shafts up to a millimeter below the shank diameter. The ER collet system is the most widely used clamping system in the world. Manpa ER collets are made from high grade tool steel, hardened and ground to close tolerance.
