The Segmented Box Joint Templates allow fixed or variable spacing for box joints. The 1/4″ or 1/2″ box joints are cut from opposite sides of the template so there’s no confusion with the guide bearing path that could otherwise ruin your piece. The Segmented Box Joint Template set includes eight segments, each with a centering hole and two screws to keep the array perfectly aligned.
Features: Box joints can be setup in minutes and cut with either fixed or variable spacing A box can be glued-up on all six sides the lid cut off on the tablesaw If the place the lid was to be cut was spaced by 2-times the saw kerf, the box joints of the finished box will be perfectly spaced. This can only be done using variably-spaced templates!
