Product Description
The segmented mortise and tenon set includes both round and square end pieces plus various sized segments to create 154 round-end sizes and 77 square-end sized mortise and tenons. These patented templates have the same tapered perimeter to fine-tune the tenon to the mortise, and the steps in the morise slot to slightly widen the mortise for a little wiggle room for glue-up. The horizontal templates are able to cut M&T from 1″ wide to 6.25″ wide in 1/4″ increments. You can make them 1/8″ thick to an inch thick based on the diameter of the bit used for the mortise. Integral mortise and tenon is over 4 times stronger than pocket holes and twice as strong as floating tenons and they’re super-fast and easy using these templates on the PantoRouter!
