Our selection of sequence-matched veneer packs by Sauers and Company allows you to create inspiring works of art with your woodworking project. Each 2/83″ thick sheet measures 12″ in length and 4-1/2″ to 6-1/2″ in width. The convenient 3 square foot packs are the perfect size for marquetry, inlay repair, accents on furniture and any other small jobs around the shop. Lacewood veneer sheets have flecks of grain that reflect light in way that is very similar to quartersawn oak but with wider and more densely packed arrays. Lacewood is a hardwood with orange to tan with shimmering “flecks” that is easy to work with and readily accepts stains and finishes. It is usually finished with a clear coat that accentuates the grain while preserving the warmth and beauty of the wood’s natural appearance.
