The Shapton Field Holder can hold up to three glass stones. The Field Holder is also a stable, nonslip base that can be used to hold the stones during the sharpening process. In use, it holds Shapton Kuromaku or Glass Stones to give a working surface height of 2 3/8″ (60mm).
