NOVA’s Lite G3 Reversible/Direct Thread Chuck is ideal for mini, midi and smaller lathes, because its small size and weight minimize the load on smaller spindles and bearings. The powerful geared TuffLock Grip with precise, hardened gear action delivers a solid, vibration-free performance, and the chuck key has a fast, positive location, which is easy and comfortable to use. Chuck body is approximately 3-3/8″ diameter, depth is 1-3/4″ and weight is only 3 lbs. Handles up to 14″-diameter bowls and turnings with up to a 6″-long spigot when using the standard 50 mm jaws.
