Product Description
Peroba Rosa, (Aspidosperma polyneuron) is native to South America, primarily Brazil and Argentina. Heartwood color ranges from yellow to pinkish red, sometimes with darker streaks of purple or brown; color tends to darken with age. Grain is straight to slightly irregular or interlocked, with a fine texture which polishes to a moderate natural luster. Peroba Rosa works easily, glues and finishes well and has a sweet & subtle fragrance. Common uses are veneer, cabinetry, turned objects, and beekeeping. Slab measures 1-1/4″ x 14-1/2″ x 43″ and has been surfaced on both sides.
