This shop-built edge sander makes quick work of tough sanding jobs. Plus it can be built at a fraction of the cost of a commercial unit.
Any tool that can help take the drudgery out of sanding is a welcome addition to most shops. A large edge sander is a perfect example. But many of us don’t have the funds for an expensive dedicated stationary tool like this. So when our design team proposed this shop-made version built from common materials and hardware I knew we’d hit the jackpot for both practicality and affordability.
